Meet the founder
Jasmine Sampson, MSW, MPH
Jasmine is a Los Angeles native, healthcare executive, public health professional, social work leader, and residential-care operator with more than 20 years of experience.
Her career has focused on improving care for vulnerable populations through program development, operational leadership, quality improvement, and community-based services. Her experience spans healthcare management, behavioral health, social services, child welfare, and residential care operations.
Jasmine earned a Master of Public Health and a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California. This interdisciplinary training helps her approach residential-care challenges from both the human and operational sides.
She has held leadership positions within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, including roles as a Data Analyst and Clinical Operations Director.
In 2020, Jasmine founded her first residential treatment facility and has since developed multiple Adult Residential Facilities in California. She founded JMS Consulting to bring that experience to entrepreneurs and organizations building stronger residential-care programs.
